Job Summary

A nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting health and a better quality of life is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Program Manager I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Manage assignment of contact tracing and case investigation workload
• Schedule work shifts for all Contact Tracer staff and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Assign projects to Contact Tracers to meet daily goals and monthly goals

Required Skills:

• Must be a resident of Oregon, Washington, or Idaho
• 5 years of related experience, including at least one year supervising staff
• Bachelor’s degree or additional 4 years of related experience
• Understanding of how COVID-19 affects specific vulnerable populations and under-resourced communities
• Knowledge of contact tracing and COVID-19 case investigation methods and best practices
