Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Project Administrator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the company’s weekly and monthly publications, which requires quick turnaround, careful editing, and effective distribution
- Facilitate successful vendor relationships, from managing service terms and renewals, to engaging in regular performance evaluations
- Work with other company teams, including Marketing and I.T., to advance company projects and initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or the recognized equivalent
- Strong administrative and basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher)
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
