Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Project Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the company’s weekly and monthly publications, which requires quick turnaround, careful editing, and effective distribution
  • Facilitate successful vendor relationships, from managing service terms and renewals, to engaging in regular performance evaluations
  • Work with other company teams, including Marketing and I.T., to advance company projects and initiatives

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or the recognized equivalent
  • Strong administrative and basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher)
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
