Job Summary

If you are a highly-motivated individual with a business background in project management for both Technology and or Operations and you have excellent communication skills; we invite you to join our team as a Project Analyst within our Consulting and Advisory Division. Pay is commensurate with education and required experience.

Job Content/Scope:
This Project Management Analyst position will:
Closely support and liaise with Project Managers, PMOs, Senior Managers and Team Leads internally and externally with our clients and our organization.
Be a project resource for our management team.
Have great communication, and organization skills as you will Chair or Co-Chair program meetings as well as ensure that agendas are strictly followed.
Manage issues and escalate effectively.
Ensure on-time quality delivery of programs and activities assigned.
Actively contributes to the knowledge base content by linking, flagging and recommending changes for better ways of doing business.
Qualifications & Essential Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a background in business, finance, operations, technology, project management.
Organized self-starter with a positive outlook and attitude.
Superior client support and service skills.
Extraordinary team building skills.
Critical thinking, problem solving.
Persistence and determination.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Accounting, Finance or another related field required.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), desired.
Must be able to successfully pass a background, credit check, and drug screening.

Additional Typical Deliverable:

Produce clear and structured agendas and presentations for program meetings.
Produce prompt meeting minutes and ensure that actions are followed up.
Resource for tracking and monitoring the budget and actuals for the team.
Work with assigned PMs or PMOs on resource budget topics.
Assist with the creation and monitoring of performance metrics.
Assist with the tracking of milestones and deliverables.
Superior quality client interactions and experiences.
Exhibits a high level of acumen in the relevant computers, operating systems and software environment.
Represent the Clients' brand and spirit by demonstrating, empowering and partnering with our clients, personalizing their experience with our firm.
