Job Summary
Our Company WHY is "helping people grow". While our clients who are group practices in the dental industry are rapidly growing, so are we! We are looking for someone to manage and oversee the end-to-end process of onboarding our new clients. The onboarding process consists of website design and development, dental content creation, social media and online listing creation and optimization, coordinating dental practice photo shoots, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with sales, account managers and clients
Create project plans and schedules for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that overall project deadlines are met
Gather all assets from clients in a timely and organized fashion
Manage client profile and onboarding status in Salesforce
Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables
Easter Egg: Include what your favorite food is and why in your cover letter
Provide frequent progress status updates to clients
Identify and implement process improvements
Maintain Standard Operation Procedure documentation
Job Summary:
Full time, salary, 40 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required
Pay Range: $3500 to $4500/month, depending on experience
Benefits included after 90 day trial period: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off
Remote position with the ability to work anywhere (no commute = awesome!)
Must work 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Time Zone
