Job Summary

Thriving in a fast-paced agency environment, the full-time Remote Project Manager will manage multiple digital projects, gather client requirements, and coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects across ongoing retainer engagements and project-based work
• Gather, refine, and document client requirements for technical teams
• Monitor timelines, budgets, deliverables, and project risks while facilitating project meetings and stakeholder communications

Required qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, Product Manager, or Program Manager within a digital agency environment
• Experience working across multiple digital platforms and technologies, including eCommerce and content management systems
• Proven track record managing both retainer-based and project-based client engagements
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with development teams
• Stable employment history with demonstrated long-term commitment to previous employers
