Job Summary
A medical communications company has a current position open for a Remote Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Opening jobs within the project and time management system (ie, Webvantage)
- Possessing ongoing knowledge of workload for creative, editorial, digital and medical departments to anticipate scheduling issues
- Liaising between all departments. Manages project workflow from planning through implementation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the health sciences, marketing or communications field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant agency experience
- Proven experience in resource and timeline modeling to forecast project requirements
- Demonstrated traffic coordination and project management experience
- Candidate has a marketing, digital, and/or healthcare communications agency background
- Experience in resource and timeline modeling to forecast project requirements
