Job Summary

A government IT contractor is seeking a Remote Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as project manager for large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system)
• Assisting Program Manager in working with Government Contracting Officer (KO), task order-level Task Order Managers, etc
• Being responsible for overall management of specific task orders & ensuring technical solutions & schedules are implemented

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years of experience in project management
• 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields
• Experience with the Information Technology Acquisition process and its milestones
• Experience in analyzing a variety of source documentation and supporting the creation of acquisition documentation
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification
• Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent)
