Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Property Accountant in Charlotte.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting with preparation of property budgets, including common area maintenance charges to tenants
- Providing annual CAM reconciliations
- Conducting accounts receivable, including follow up with tenants regarding payments
Position Requirements Include:
- BA/BS in Accounting
- 2+ years of overall general accounting experience
- Yardi Experience
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
