Job Summary
A company that provides insurance services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Property and Casualty Regulatory Affairs Counsel Member.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring legislative, regulatory, and industry activity
- Advising business units on changes to State and Federal laws
- Providing regulatory guidance for company initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admittance to at least one state bar
- 3+ years in P&C or 5 years experience in the insurance regulatory area
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and basic computer skills
