Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent
- 6 or more years P&C industry functional work experience OR
- 4 or more years P&C experience plus military service experience OR
- 4 or more years P&C experience and 2 years prior customer service related experience OR
- 4 or more years P&C experience and a Manager Candidate School graduate
