A managed care organization focused on healthcare solutions is in need of a Remote Proposal Development Writer in Philadelphia.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying and gathering content and information from multiple sources
• Reviewing available materials to identify needed content and gaps
• Developing narrative responses that are compliant, competitive, and compelling

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel as needed
• 3+ years of proposal development, technical writing, or business analysis experience
• Knowledge of best practices and state/federal procurement rules & restrictions
