Job Summary

An education company is filling a position for a Remote Proposal Specialist I or II.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting bids by creating and populating response templates, formatting and editing text, completing forms, and drafting some sections
• Participating in the development of proposal strategy and work with the sales team to ensure winning themes and technical content
• Working with other Proposal Management team members to update and maintain the proposal content library

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related area, or an equivalent combination
• A minimum of one year of writing, graphic design and/or project management experience
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines with a focus on quality and timely delivery
