Job Summary

An outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Proposal Writing Government Healthcare Manager in Helena.

Must be able to:

• Support the pursuit of new business opportunities related to state government healthcare
• Manage team of writers in a challenging, deadline driven environment
• Lead both direct staff as well as collaborating with matrixed team members, partners and sub-contractors

Required Skills:

• Travel 25 % of the time
• Must have strong organization and problem solving skills
• Documented team management experience required
• A Bachelor's degree
• Must be proficient in SharePoint
• Must be proficient in latest versions of MS Office applications
