Job Summary

A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Provider Digital Solutions Registration and Support Lead Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding and communicating the organization’s unique ability to deliver value to the customer and the provider
  • Partnering with market contracting and provider service and engagement teams to identify which CACs need access
  • Establishing a cadence with the CACs for reviewing and maintaining user access

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Regional and national travel 10%
  • Bachelor degree preferred; Masters a strong plus
  • 3+ years in Healthcare/managed care environment
  • You must enjoy spending time among health care professionals to understand their problems
  • Knowledgeable in technology
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
