Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Provider Inquiry Resolution Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring adherence to state and federal compliance policies, reimbursement policies and contract compliance
  • Analyzing, identifying trends and providing reports as necessary
  • Providing claims expertise support by reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating and resolving all types of claims

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years of experience within the healthcare, claims, or insurance industries
  • 2+ year of customer service or call center experience
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
