An employee healthcare benefits company is filling a position for a Remote Provider Network Manager in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a strategy and execution plan
• Participating in in-depth reviews identifying issues
• Ensuring provider records are maintained accurately in system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Health Management, Healthcare Administration
• Intermediate level of project management and agile methodology
• 5 years of experience in working with a TPA Network, Provider or Insurance Payor
• Knowledge of contracting methodologies, roles, responsibilities and challenges
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and understand clients' needs
