Job Summary
A company providing healthcare, life and accident insurance, and Medicaid and Medicare services is in need of a Remote Provider Resource Planner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide tactical plans for executing resource deployment strategies
- Provide capacity analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Monitor the day to day workflow
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 + years relevant experience with resource planning
- Verint experience
- Excellent PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email
