Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Provider Service Representative in Anchorage.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Handling internal and external calls / emails and other communications
• Supporting in field Provider Relations Advocates with all follow up tasks with contracted providers
• Escalating issues as appropriate for resolution

Qualifications Include:

• Must live in Anchorage, AK or be able to commute to the Anchorage office as needed
• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• 1+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
• 1+ years of experience in a claims, customer service or provider support role
• Ability to create, modify and send documents in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
