Job Summary
A provider of telehealth services for education institutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Provider Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assigning providers to fill any gaps at current districts
- Serving as the main point of contact
- Taking ownership of provider records in Salesforce
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience
- Master's degree or higher in a clinical field of study
- Clinical background working in schools required
- Prior experience using Salesforce or another CRM solution
- Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales or retention target in a prior role
