Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Public Health Accompaniment Unit Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading Community Health Worker trainings
  • Compiling, synthesizing and analyzing data
  • Tracking project performance using appropriate KPIs and project metrics

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • After a short relocation in Montgomery, some elements of the role can be completed remotely
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years work experience
  • Prior experience in training design and delivery and/or community organizing
  • Prior project management experience in complex, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
