Job Summary

A global transportation and logistics company has an open position for a Remote Public Relations Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Draft press releases and prepare information for the multiple media outlets
• Identify key communication issues and develop the appropriate correspondence
• Respond formally to information requests from the media and public stakeholders

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study
• 10 plus years of direct experience with grassroots outreach, legislation and regulations at the local, state and federal government level
• Experience working with local, state, and federal government’s communications or relations strategies
• Proven track-record of setting and meeting ambitious goals
