Job Summary
An industrial intelligence company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Public Sector Fleet and Federal Product Counsel.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Being the first point of contact for these two product lines
- Managing contract negotiations and drafting to marketing, IP, regulatory, and compliance
Position Requirements Include:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in good standing in at least one state
- 5-7 years experience, including 1-2 years of general in-house practice
- Experience working with technology clients is required
- Because this role will include U.S. government work, you must be a U.S. citizen
- Willingness and ability to secure limited admission to the IL bar for in-house counsel
- Government contracts experience is an advantage for any candidate for this role
