Remote Public Sector Microsoft Inside Account Manager
An information technology products and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Public Sector Microsoft Inside Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging and assisting in resolution of Microsoft and customer escalations
- Processing customer POs in AX
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, email, or chats with customers in a timely and professional manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year business related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, communication, verbal, and written skills
- Ability to multitask - effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities
