Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Public Sector Senior Corporate Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Provide legal support for a broad range of technology transactions
- Draft and negotiate agreements with government customers
- Coordinate the efforts of various internal organizations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with federal and state government contracts
- Ability to lead a variety of tasks, evaluate alternatives quickly, handle complex negotiations
- Ability to take a leadership role in defining policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience in dealing with regulatory issues
- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in a premier law firm, major corporation and/or government
- Excellent academic credentials, with exceptional writing and oral communication skills
