A global network of full-service marketing agencies has a current position open for a Remote Publicist in Kansas City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding quickly to inquiries and daily requests from hundreds of media contacts
- Pitching broadcast, print, and online media and using PR Hacker systems
- Monitoring coverage for clients and their competitors to drive campaign strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years work experience at a PR, advertising, or digital agency
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Your own extensive network of potential media and client contacts
- Experience working on agency teams for large brands with complex marketing campaigns
- Highly energetic and enthusiastic, with a solid work ethic and pop culture savvy
