Job Summary

A publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Publishing Customer Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing phone, email, and chat support for customer facing web and client-server applications
  • Providing advanced troubleshooting projects will be available for qualified candidates
  • Documenting and resolving cases in SalesForce ticketing system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • One year Customer Support experience required, preferably in a call center environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills are required
  • Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and provide consistently great customer service
  • Strong PC and key entry experience
  • Familiarity in working with Microsoft Office
