Job Summary
A publishing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Publishing Customer Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing phone, email, and chat support for customer facing web and client-server applications
- Providing advanced troubleshooting projects will be available for qualified candidates
- Documenting and resolving cases in SalesForce ticketing system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year Customer Support experience required, preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills are required
- Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with customers and provide consistently great customer service
- Strong PC and key entry experience
- Familiarity in working with Microsoft Office
