A staffing firm is seeking a Remote QC Mortgage Auditor in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state lending regulations
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of company guidelines, as well as policies and procedures
- Identifying red flags within files
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Exhibit a pleasant demeanor with internal personnel via phone and email
- Requires 3 to 5 years recent mortgage loan quality control audit review experience
- Familiar with Fannie, Freddie, HUD/VA, USDA guidelines
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in underwriting
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Be a quick learner and have a willingness to acquire new skills
