Job Summary
A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating and reproducing issues reported by customers and customer support staff
- Developing documentation to help our development team test more effectively
- Identifying changes in need of more rigorous testing and helping to get those changes merged
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience testing or troubleshooting
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience compiling info about a problem in a manner that helps identify a solution
- Proactive about seeking help as needed
- Comfortable learning and adapting how you work
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
