Job Summary
A real estate investment company is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Participate in design of performance monitoring scorecards and quality standards
- Participate in customer listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations
- Facilitate quality coaching sessions that emphasize both positive and constructive feedback
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 years Contact Center Experience
- High School Diploma required
- 1 year Contact Center Quality experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
