Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the quality assurance and patient safety programs
- Performing assessments of quality related issues and risks
- Reporting major deficiencies to service line leadership and executive leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Registered Nurse license
- Experienced in writing policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines
- Positive, professional demeanor is projected through verbal and non-verbal communications, ideas and suggestions should be clearly communicated
- Experience with and knowledge of URAC and NCQA performance improvement standards preferred
