Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote QA Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Test, document, and deliver process improvements
  • Support, Sales, and core technology teams
  • Ensure process maintenance associated with the core billing system, Customer Support, and knowledge base systems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2+ years as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • 2+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce as an Administrator
  • Experience in assisting business users in documenting their requirements and analyzing and mapping business processes to new and existing BSS systems
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, and MuleSoft is a plus
