Job Summary

An IT staffing agency is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Manager in Cincinnati.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Running/owning a Test Data Environment
  • Conducting software development; functional, non-functional, manual and automation testing areas
  • Using testing methodologies including waterfall, iterative, and agile

Qualifications Include:

  • Leader of Automation, Test Data Management and Performance Testing teams
  • Experience with the financial domain industry
  • Experience with stakeholder management, Risk Management, Risk Identification, and Risk Based Testing
  • QA Management leading on-shore and off-shore testing teams
  • Managing software development and testing teams of 20+ team members
