Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Mortgage Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Internal Audit Quality Assurance Manager with projects
• Attending relevant loan underwriting, credit analysis, or loan program industry trainings
• Preparing a report of monthly findings

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
• Ability to create reports with large amounts of data in Excel or Access
• Working knowledge of loan processes and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and regulatory rules, laws, regulations, underwriting guidelines and statute
