Job Summary

A healthcare company that provides pediatric behavioral therapy is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance RCM Manager.

Must be able to:

• Establish tools to track and report on quality deficiencies
• Collaborate cross departmentally to drive awareness and provide guidance and resolutions to reduce deficiencies
• Train and mentor new QA specialists to company standards and processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum 5 years of medical quality assurance experience
• Experience in Behavioral Health
• A least 3-5 years of managing a team of prior auth specialist or similar healthcare roles
• Experience in Behavioral Health Billing process
