Job Summary

A mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Control Loan Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting reviews in accordance with agency and company standards
• Identifying loan deficiencies and calculate the risk grade on each
• Escalating files with suspected fraud to the Fraud Investigations Unit

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 7-10 years of residential mortgage underwriting experience
• DE certification
• Experience working with Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter and Freddie Mac Loan Prospector
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
