Job Summary
A mortgage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Control Mortgage Underwriter.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing multiple files based on requirements listed to ensure ABMG and agency guidelines are met
- Reviewing file requirements for income types that are hourly, salary and self-employed
- Reviewing loan amount up to $650,000
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s degree in related field preferred
- Must have 3 to 5 years of mortgage underwriting experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work overtime on short notice, as required
- Demonstrated ability to perform a number of complex tasks simultaneously and effectively
- All other requirements necessary for this position
