Job Summary

A technology company that provides a customer relationship management platform for property managers is seeking a Remote Quality Control Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing a pre-funding quality control review of loans from the Retail and Correspondent divisions
• Monitoring the progress of implementation of action plans based on quality control findings and results
• Participating in the remediation of identified defects with Operations and Correspondent Sellers

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in Quality Control and/or Second Level Review underwriting at a mortgage lending institution
• Have proven success working 100% remote in prior positions & are experienced working with a distributed, national team
• A thorough working knowledge of conventional guidelines
