Job Summary

A clothing and accessories rental company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Ensure proper coaching is delivered (via Team Leads) to efficiently develop agent performance
Own ongoing adjustment and upkeep of the Quality Development scorecard
Research and keep current on the latest QD trends, methodology and best practices

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
5+ years experience in Quality Development
Minimum 3 years leadership experience in leading a Quality Development or Training Team
Experience launching a Quality Tool (sourcing & vendor management)
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage work with minimal supervision
Outstanding interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence and excellent communication style
