Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build and lead a high-performing quality engineering team that regularly delivers quality releases
  • Build Quality assistance model of Quality engineering including data-driven metrics
  • Drive quality initiatives across engineering and the company

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience with managing high performing quality engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability leading a team including the ability to mentor developers
  • BS in computer science or similar field
  • Experience shipping features rapidly to production while learning from and iterating on the results
  • Have technical expertise with distributed software and search architectures
  • Have deep technical expertise with test automation frameworks and the trade-offs between them
