A software development company is filling a position for a Remote QuickBooks Live Expert Bookkeeper.

Must be able to:

  • Review information input by customers for accuracy
  • Perform domain expert services (tax returns, bookkeeping/accounting)
  • Create high quality customer interactions and experiences

Qualifications Include:

  • High degree of customer service
  • 5+ years domain experience (contingent upon domain)
  • Experience using tax prep or bookkeeping software
  • Active credential required, CPA, CPB or QB ProAdvisor
  • ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
  • Proficient with technology; solid knowledge of computer operations and software
