Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Quip Customer Success Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer requirements are scoped and delivered
  • Partner with Sales to identify customer growth opportunities
  • Develop custom implementation strategies based on customer culture, requirements and vision

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years demonstrated success in a dynamic, cross-functional, customer-facing role
  • Exceptional communication skills in writing, in conversation and in front of an executive audience
  • Ability to advocate for customer needs
  • Comfort driving a conversation in a room of technical subject matter experts
  • Adept at moving quickly between low-level execution and high-level strategic thinking and organization
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and become a customer advisor
