Job Summary

A CRM software provider has a current position open for a Remote RCG Technical Architect.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Lead hands-on technical workshops and education sessions
• Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
• Scale the role through external and internal education and enablement efforts

Required Skills:

• Some domestic travel is required
• B.S. Computer Science, EE, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
• Evidence of strong impact in customer-facing work is near-mandatory, but can come from a variety of places
• Experience with cloud, SaaS, PaaS, aPaaS and IaaS concepts and technologies
• Past experience with retail and consumer goods customers a bonus
