Job Summary
A biotechnology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote RCM Biotechnology Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maintain relationships with current customer base
- Coordinate externally with doctors, clinics, and hospitals
- Manage the on-boarding & implementation process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience navigating complex customer environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (medical billing)
- At least two years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success or account management at a RCM/SaaS company
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
