Job Summary

A K–12 education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Reading Tutor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing direct, virtual tutoring services to small groups of students
• Monitoring progress of students’ reading ability virtually
• Preparing for virtual tutoring sessions based on provided small group lesson plans

Qualifications Include:

• Fluent English speaker  
• High School level proficiency with reading competencies
• Proficient with technology
• Enjoys working with Kindergarten through Third Grade students
• Experience preparing and leading instructional activities or games with small groups of children
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with parents, teachers, and program manager
