Job Summary

A cannabis company is in need of a Remote Real Estate Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Verifying property tax obligations while monitoring payment deadlines and processing
  • Liaising between Real Estate and Accounts Payable on payment related inquires and follow-ups
  • Aiding with Property Management and Facility Management functions as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years of experience in commercial real estate handling lease administration including CAM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
