Job Summary

A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Real Estate Appraiser.

Must be able to:

• Assist in maintaining bank databases
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policy
• Assist in underwriting environmental due diligence for commercial loans

Position Requirements Include:

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• 5+ years of experience in the valuation of commercial real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience required
