Job Summary

A company leading the transition to a world powered by clean energy has an open position for a Remote Real Estate Associate in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conducting due diligence review for real estate transactions
  • Working with external development partners, financing parties, legal counsel and title companies
  • Obtaining and confirming legal descriptions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Able to summarize complex issues and identify opportunities or next steps
  • Ability to handle numerous activities, set priorities, and exercise independent judgment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or similar field
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time real estate experience
  • Familiarity with project development lifecycle and key real estate terms
