Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company is filling a position for a Remote Real Estate Copywriter in Madison.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Writing headlines and eBlast subject lines that are concise, creative and attention getting
• Writing in a variety of styles and for varying audiences, ranging from agents to potential recruits, employees and consumers
• Crafting creative, succinct and engaging marketing copy for campaigns

Required Skills:

• Four-year college degree in communications, advertising, marketing, creative writing, English or journalism
• 5 years of experience focused heavily on writing marketing copy
• Strong understanding of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and variety of social media platforms
• Portfolio showing variety of relevant writing samples
• Must be highly detail oriented and a meticulous proofreader
• Must be organized, have solid time management skills
