Job Summary

A provider of innovative real estate software applications is in need of a Remote Real Estate Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling of inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitoring and documenting the resolution process in a timely manner, while effectively communicating status
  • Maintaining a high rate of Client Satisfaction

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience interacting directly with clients/customers
  • Familiarity with a client services platform such as Zendesk or Salesforce, preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Dependable, reliable and courteous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
