Job Summary
A real estate company is seeking a Remote Real Estate Escrow Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Prepare introductory escrow package
- Review transaction details entered from purchase contract into closing system
- Send preliminary title package to lender
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years as an Escrow Assistant/pre-closer working on purchase resale transactions
- Computer, e-mail, word processing knowledge and experience required
- Comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Experience completing tasks in a robust closing platform
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
